How do you join the Timed Events that's in the Strategy forum schedule listing?

  • Under your character portait is an orange bar that when clicked on will show you all the events you can join and what time they start and end.
Does this only show up to the point that Noore mentioned of being level 30? I don't see the orange bar other than the stamina bar.
