Does this only show up to the point that Noore mentioned of being level 30? I don't see the orange bar other than the stamina bar.

You see in this Screenshot a bright Orange bar beneath my Stamina bar and Money/Coupons. Right now it shows the "Group convoy 12:45 enabled", that's the *on that will Open the Event window. When your lvl is high enough and the time is right you can join those Events.

Good to know, thank you! No wonder I could not find it, I am not high enough yet. How did you all level so fast already? lol

Just follow the Story and you will reach the lvl in no time ^^.
