The two active groups are fairly even compared to most other servers, but only due to players switching between groups for the sole purpose of balancing things for GNW. GNW itself has anywhere from 8 people - 15 people for my group. I believe the other group may have a few more participants, I will edit this post once I find out for sure.
Edit: The other group has enough people to have at least 3 people in every land.

The server is blessed with a tight knit and committed player base. We work together to make sure that things remain interesting while we wait on a server merge. But even with all the amazing people in the server, we still need a merge. Things have been quiet since the day the server opened. We are currently doing our best to prevent our server from dying, but we are losing players in a slow trickle. Please help keep our family together by giving us an even bigger family to love and get to know.
