for 2. Plunder is meant to be better to reward top players.
well not only top players can get the rewards here even lower can do it you know why ?
because of the lvl cap they have here if am a lvl 85 players i can only attack players who are 70+ so when a lvl 80 wants to do plunder he can just get all the convoy who are lower (70-65) which we "Top players "can't get no matter what we do.
in that case any player can do plunder no matter what lvl they are so how is that meant to reward "Top players"
tho the 50 Top player req to do plunders mean not all players can do plunder

thats happened at old server,,.
if the new 1,, well u see the lvl not different too many lol
and plunder more tempt for player want to get more coupons than do convoy lol
and in old server too they still can plunder 15 lvl below them, for top players who like plunder its still a good deal lol -

am not saying the idea the author said is bad it actually good
am just saying that they said plunder meant to reward top players when even lower lvls can do that's all
my server is that old or new
only 5 players got to lvl 85 which makes it harder for us to do plunder now that we have less targets
owh sadly must be many stop played at low lvl ;P;P;P;P
but u know,, plunder can only do by top 50 unless they change it so if u said low lvl can do plunder too that mean in that server,, lvl gap are big :dizzy::dizzy::dizzy::dizzy: -
