Dango is an item shaped like round colorful skewers, you can find it in ninja interface at the mood section.
Before 2.0 updates, Dango is named "Meat-*". Theres some weird vibe to it, then they decided to change the name to Dango.

It can be used to change mood (next to awakening) to increase ninja's stat by sacrificing 5% of another.
You're lvl 75 u should have used dango for your ninjas occasionally
