So, I figured out this lineup recently and wanted to share it. It does require some higher-level characters, such as 3-star Sasuke (which, honestly, took me FOREVER to get! But his 3 chase attacks are worth it!)

This lineup regularly hits 9-10 chase combos, while also including debuffs like poison and ignition to put extra damage on the opponent. Not to mention that this lineup ALSO has (1) a healer and (2) stat boosts (ie. crit hit, +attack, +ninjutsu, etc.)!

So, I put Sasuke in front because his Kirin starts one of the longest chase combos, but Tenten's standard attack can do the same without the preparation time that Sasuke has to have before Kirin can actually be triggered. Both of these attacks cause "Knockout", which begins a series of attacks that hits 10 chase combos.

Of course, to get this 10 chase combo sequence, it IS required to have Fire Style: Fire Ball and Summon: Ninja Dog Shiba. The other attacks as shown are recommended for the lineup (ex: Red Lotus Secret increases Ninjutsu and COMBO RATE, which will certainly help get that 10 chase combo) but the attacks are not requred.
