[ Help ] When is the best level to use the beginner upgrade ball?

As the title says, what level using it would benefit you the most?
Edit: I'm lvl 59 right now.

  • Well it adds one level and experience takes longer to get as you get higher so use it at the last point possible imo.

    So level 58?
Well apparently before you use it, it says that if you use it around 60 then you get more, but i think that disregards the level 59 and below, so i dont really know when to use it
