  • Well even then he was still Kazekage when he was a Jinchuriki. Doesn't matter if the Kazekage Gaara is the one in the war. And...what about Orochimaru? Both of Sannin War and Konoha's traitor is still labeled with Akatsuki symbol. And can be buffed with Konan.
On topic of that, Konoha Traitor has no "sword" attribute, when it's most obvious that he used Sword of Kusanagi while attacking 3rd Hokage XD
