I don't believe the GNW Packs have been updated just yet since the number of packs given and items in them haven't changed.

If you mean how to distribute packs then you would go to gnw dude, distribute pack, select the pack and hover over the person username and press distribute.

Nah I mean the amount you get from every pack for getting 1st 2nd 3rd and so on in GNW

1st place get 3 legendary 4 hero and 2 elite for sure , our server has only 2 groups and we always win so i know that i always distribute 3 legendary 4 hero 2 elite , second place gets 3 legendary 3 hero 3 elite i think if i go by the titles the guys from the second group have
