not necessarily, now I'm sure the top 15 or so are in the top 25 spender for sure, but there could be some ppl who spent more than some but on less useful stuff (collecting all the super rare ninjas, for example) and thus rank lower than the last one on the list.
#15 thou have almost 4k on the 25th, the amount of money that it takes to gain 4k power "up there" is quite impressive, so it's unlikely to be matched in cost via ninja collection etc (note due to diminishing return, cost of gaining 4k at 67k is potentially more than gaining 10k at 47k)

That's not entirely true. While the people on this list have probably spent a lot, I know of a few people not on this list who likely have spent more on Ninja than what it would cost to be on the top 25.

We are capped at 85, nobody here has lower level, I suppose XD With this power I find it hard to believe, at least

Memorythepast is level 83 and RuukoSakai is level 81. Besides those 2 I believe everyone else is level 85.

Top 50 would take a long time and top 25 already takes a long time so I think I'm going to keep doing top 25 for now
