Sadly, Kisame is not good. Too squishy and relies on auto attack + higher chakara, which are rounds 4+. His shark does ninjutsu damage while kisame is physical attack base so his shark does a whooping 400 damage.
He shines past round 4.. but most games are decided by second or third turn.
