Will there be some sort of compensation for cross server matsuri not working? For a lot of players on our server this means the loss of rewards as they ended up fighting people almost twice their power.

Detailed Description of the Issue : After a defeat, with 2 ninjas and main character only left available (total pow of the 3 ninjas summed 18500, level 75 character) i met a level 78 enemy with 34500 pow after a wait of 10 seconds (thing that should have happened only after 60+ seconds). I should have met somebody weaker or close to my power/level after a loss with a so brief waiting time, so i suppose there's a bug or a scripting error in the matching system code because this thing should not happen.
