Detailed description of the issue: Cross-server matching did not work on Matsuri on the 10th Feb. Our whole server just went back to fight each other and the Nine-tails.

Feedback: It seems like you guys just temporally disabled the function in order to - and I'm just guessing here - perfect it and later apply it to the cross-server arena matching function; or maybe to change it from level to power bracket? Detail Description of the Issue: Merged servers from s19, s22, s25, s29. Matsuri cross server function is not working like on other servers. Though we are merged it does not stop the previous non cross server matsuri probelms. I hope you guys provide compensation to the players who were not able to participate to achieve rewards. first two hours of matsuri is just stomping ground for high battle power players. Description of Issue: It seems like the Cross Server function on the 10/02/2017 Matsuri was facing issues. There was 0 cross server for anyone in our server, so we were only matching to each other within the server. Could be a 1 off event, as since the cross server function was implemented, we never had an issue.

Is this report compilation that you're doing just for formality or something? What's the news on this? It's been days, you have over the weekend to find the cause. How many more reports would you need?
