We're aware of some issue occurring with the Cross-Server function with some servers
We're looking into the problem to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Cross Server function for Matsuri not working, multiple people from the server within my group reporting they only find people from our server, also I've noticed an increase in waiting time. Took me about 1 1/2 min to find a match due to the bug ofcourse.

Detailed Description of the Issue: On my server, the matches found during Matsuri are all players of the same server. After asking some people, nobody encountered anyone from another server, so we suspect that the Cross-Server function is not active at the moment of this event taking place.
