Detail Description of the Issue: Merged servers from s19, s22, s25, s29. Matsuri cross server function is not working like on other servers. Though we are merged it does not stop the previous non cross server matsuri probelms. I hope you guys provide compensation to the players who were not able to participate to achieve rewards. first two hours of matsuri is just stomping ground for high battle power players.
