Detailed description of the issue: Cross-server matching did not work on Matsuri on the 10th Feb. Our whole server just went back to fight each other and the Nine-tails.

Feedback: It seems like you guys just temporally disabled the function in order to - and I'm just guessing here - perfect it and later apply it to the cross-server arena matching function; or maybe to change it from level to power bracket?
