Unless I'm totally messing up the combo here then this should end up with a 10 chase. Use Chiyo's mystery at the start of the second turn and it should go:

1 Chiyo (KD) > 2 Hinata (KD to KD) > 3 Chiyo (3 KD to HF) > 4 Kakashi (HF to LF) > 5 Kakashi (LF TO KD) > 6 Chiyo (KD to HF) > 7 Chiyo (HF to RP) > 8 Hinata (RP to KD) > 9 Chiyo (KD to HF) > 10 Chiyo (HF to RP)
