I got Ay as well, I used lightning main, Ay, Darui, and Black Hidan.. but since you don't have him you can go


Lightning - Ay- empty
Darui - Bee - empty
empty- empty - empty

Serpent I believe for Summon .. having Ay constantly hitting twice with bees mystery is such a good advantage. for blitz you c*e the lightning buff or for survivability use Anbu support.. You would technically all be immune round 1 with bee mystery and Root of the warrior as well.
