I say yes. But only because one day you can see your main character in the outfit during battle. To be fair that might be 6+ months out though. Its a mostly cosmetic thing. So depends alot on if you transform all the time. And if you do sage battle everyday

These outfits won't show up in battle. Specific ones do that we'll get in the future but not the ones we got so far.

I don't play anymore but anyone complaining about this event is crazy. 1k is just a top off, you're not buying her, not to mention you can buy tobirama or hashi, gain other rewards and still have ingots left for a later event. If you are a spender this is worth 10x over, if you are not a spender, why are you complaining? It's not like you are going to spend anyways.

This is possibly the smartest thing i've ever read. Is tsunade worth 50k ingot in my eyes? Maybe not. Is gaining 50k ingots + tsunade + ten other things worth 900 euros? In my eyes, yes.

These events are nice and all, and I'm gonna let you finish but YOU guys gotta get going to finish these server merges. I don't get what the point in "taking a break" from merging the servers that really need it, was. Why not finish what you guys started already? It really shouldn't take as long as you guys are making it take. You guys can keep opening new servers, but can't cater to the servers that are in need of a merge? It's so boring on my server, and the events don't do anything to help that boredom.

The events are perfectly fine per se, but I feel the pricing and exchange rates on these events still alienate people that can only afford to spend a limited amount of money in the game, which seems to be a good portion of the player base, if not the majority.

Not to mention that, at least for Europe, 1000 euros is not the same for someone that lives in the UK as for someone that lives in country where 1000 euros is significantly more than the average wage. That's a whole other issue though.
