Here's my honest review about the whole event after experiencing it enough.
My Background, Top 3 player in my server and top 40 player in HK server.


1. "Time-Limited Ninja Recruitment" 8/10
- Love the Kimino clothing, something fresh always welcomed, went to get it right away to increase BP, price was reasonable for a first time release, but mostly triggered by recharge rebate & spending rebate (Shurikens), having finished my coupons in lucky dice, I had no choice but to spend some ingots, or this event made me do it because it was giving me a run for my bucks.
- Jigo & Jiraiya, good pricing and I believe someone else might need them to complete their set, same goes with Hashi although price is a bit off for an out of date kage, don't see him much used except for ranked battle, thus it is a luxury ninja rather than a core ninja.
- However, u have one FLAW, that is u did not put enough items to exchange for pure power (other than kimono), for example of course coins to exchange for my spare treasure points. I dont see the need to get jigo/jiraiya/hashirama and all I have left are dangos, while discount voucher is good to have there but does not directly adds to power.

2. "Totally Recharge Rebate" 7/10
- The return does not thrill me and could have been made more attractive before 50k Ingot. 50k Ingot for a Tsunade is decent to whoever's willing. I personally stopped at 10k, but have you had 15k 20k 25k, I might have gone a bit further. The jump to 30k is too much from 10k spenders like me. and I have my own future line up in mind and Tsunade at 50k luxury ninja is not one I am willing to do, I still prefer you to have done fragments to get 80 frags, for e.g I get 20 frags for 10k recharge, that will feel so much better and more goodies while u only limit yourself to 3 freebies per claim *on. Not cool. Again this is not the kind of return I was expecting to thrill me but it plays a role.

3. "Colorful Balloons" 7/10
This is a good event after lucky dice but this time the rates have been jacked up so bad it is crazy. I understand that this acts more like a rebate rather than a direct spend to get those items sold there as it will be insanely costly (BUT previously this wasnt as crazy as this, I still remember getting Mabui back then). The reason I went to spend was because of advanced refine, all the top players in my server who spent are going for it, theres a competition to ac*ulate advanced refine, while the Seal Scroll was the best value for money u can exchange your points for. So this event plus recharge rebate event, I thought its a good time to go for pure power, but of course I had reasons to spend which was my ultimate decision to participate in this week's events. My reasons to spend are getting Iruka from 3* to 4* for around 2k ish ingot, Kimono for around 5k ingot, and spent the rest on rune stones.

4. "Daily Special" 6/10
- I believe it serves its purpose to the needs of a lot of players, so many choices and flexibility to go for many things. However, there are only 10% discount vouchers and one 20% discount voucher. At 10%, this does not mean anything to me, my rule of thumb is at least 35% equivalent if I am desperate or else I will go for lucky dice, for plenty of mags at a better return for my money. However, one cant avoid ninja frags if we need them desperately and will take it as well. In here I used my 20% disc voucher on Iruka. I was tempted to go for the Seal scroll pack for future use but my 10% disc doesnt convince me (I like dice better so much more surprise there), maybe if I had another 20% voucher I might buy some. Where are the 30% to 50% vouchers thou?
- Improvement I could suggest would be, to not lock Day 1 purchase during day 2 and so on. So during day 4 I can still decide to go for day1's special and maybe got a 20% disc voucher from god knows where.
- Day 2 I see mags, again if I am not desperate, end game players do not see d marginal benefit this will add to our BP. Seeing Konan again means u guys are delaying 2.0 shop update, it's getting boring, we need more content, u can hide the konan but why not give us the keys in wishing tree or give other GNW ninjas. I have seen some F2p players begging for GNW packs every time because they are so awful with their basic ninjas while the p2w are using overpowered ninjas to beat their basic ninjas. Sad and as expected, a lot more quitters to follow.
- Probably the one I am looking forward is Refinements, since refine events are coming but at 10% vouchers I would probably skip that too. Basically the price I am looking at is not as attractive as I would get elsewhere(having spent on dice already), there is always another refinement event anyway next month or something. Despite my stance, I have the highest first initiative and total initiative in my merged servers, that also because I spent wisely on refines, if it's worth it for e.g I have 50% discount, I will definitely maximize till the limit dries.. Unless u are telling me my 10% can stack up to 30% or 50% and be used at once, then I dont see any 30% or 50% lieing around.

5. "Fateful Encounters" 9.5/10
- This is good faith and good will. Events like these means so much to the community and shows that u actually care. For that, Thank you.
- Rates are pretty okay, we are put on choices we cannot get all if we just went for seal scrolls etc, many different players at different phase will have their own views, for me advanced refine, but those not even touching on refine will be happy to get some SS.
- My only criticism is that you have too many symbols, some who left unmatched will be a bit sour, not a happy ending for everyone. While the option to spend coupons are only to get the 'fate symbol', why not spend coupons to get fate points but limited? Cause we love the things u had in the exchange and it is kinda a waste we din dry up its limits =D

6. "Recruitment Feedback" 5/10
- I assume this was for low level newbies on new servers and definitely not for a merged servers. For the fun I might pull 10 on tendo to get my 10% SS rebate, in hope to speed up rares from free pulls.
- Given the frequency of summon rebates like twice a month, can we have more frequency for seal rebates? You used to have all options seal rebates, while now you are limiting on two treasure at a time. Why? I would prefer the one like summoning scroll, where u can pull any treasure u want and get rebate, and make it twice a month! Again, I am feeling for my f2p or mild spender players who are overpowered everyday by not having enough ninjas to make a decent team, and as my group rots away and lose all d good experienced players, I will be left with the new players who are still so far away in terms of ninjas and BPs. Then another merger will be imminent, I am seeing the pattern if you continue pursuing without more thoughts on F2p players.

7. "Limited Refinement" 10/10
- It is a regular refinement event but the timing is da best, because u knew people xchanged for a lot refs in lucky dice. This is a nice gesture. Speaking about timing, when kage treasure was out, seal pull rebate should be as well, and when rune stones was out, u should follow with rune stone rebates too which is not yet available. Do not even give us excuses that u are waiting for people to save up seal to pull the kage treasure, we c*ways do so and u c*ways increase the frequency of seal rebate appearing in events rather than give us dry season, show us more good will and thoughts.

8. The Inheritance of Will of Fire - 10/10
- This is good stuff but u chose who gets this event? 17 Ingot for 1 SS and 2 stamina pot and login reward to claim daily, thats very nice but why is it not in my server??

If you have couple thousands of extra cash there is better ways to use it then spending on this game lol. To each their own of course if they want a super rare ninja or an audi R8 up to them.

You get the inheritor of the will of fire thing if you're inactive for a week and from what I've noticed you can repeat it infinitely.

the last event that you posted is a usual event if you haven't log into that server for a long time.

You complaining isn't going to make Oasis drop the price on Hokage Tsunade, and why her? I didn't see you in the threads throwing a fit when they did the exact same thing with Minato and Hiruzen.

You want the honest answer? Yeah, she's whale-only, and she's gonna stay whale-only for a while. She's one of the best characters in the entire game, and she's always gonna be one of the best. Why give it to an average Joe?

And for the record, if someone can afford to throw away 1k as Fk you money and not think twice about it, they're probably more "well-adjusted" and living much more comfortably than somebody who's willing to throw a hissy fit online for a game that's meant to attract spenders anyway.

Why isn't there a 30 or 50% off voucher anywhere? Doesn't it negate the idea of Daily Special Event?

yeah, last time there was the wheel where we could get the 50% discount. now there is only 1 20% and many 10% discount.

AS per todays daily special putting konan at 70 coupons base and then saying oh look its 45 coupons is that supposed to be some kind of joke? Cause its not even funny. You just double her usual price in coupons and then pretend its discounted is not even laughable its pretty pathetic. Just how gullible do you think your players are that everyone will just jump on an overpriced ninja that should have been in the shop months ago? If you are that desperate to push old ninja on us at least discount them properly. You are trying to be clever but everyone can see through those little scams of yours. kindly provide us detail proof of statements with Konan's release in the shop for our version few months ago.
We have to highlight again and again we will require specific and detailed suggestions of all / few of the events improvements so we can convey it to the managements.

Harassing, insulting and flaming this thread will not solve any problems, but new suggestions of improvements bits by bits will.
