Players can get Fate Points by creating or joining a team with another player who fit the requirements.
You could find the detailed requirements in the event post.
And NO Gender Limits in the event, just need to match with each other according to the symbols you got.

About the discount vouchers, do they last only 24 hour from the time of obtaining them, like last time?

Can see 20% voucher with 500 ingot recharge only. Are there any other way to get this 20% voucher?

About fateful encounter event, how can someone get the temporary title?

Made the word 'FATE' and teamed up with someone else with fate or love - didn't work.
Made the word 'LOVE' and teamed up with someone with love or fate - didn't work.

Making the word 'FATE' or 'LOVE' itself didn't do anything.
Can you please clarify a bit more about how it works?
