No what he means is that you can get duplicates from other treasures

ie you can get Ao from sage and kage

and if you already have Ao it doesnt mean you will not get him on sage again but you will have a chance to get him again. if you do get him you will get fragments of him so its like a wasted kind of pull if you dont like using Ao

it also hates me as I get a lot of duplicates as well (both in summon and ninja pulls)
