Convoy/plunder little help for slow net players

Here is a suggestion that is not that realy of deal but it kinda make sence so for convoy the only save place where no on can plunder you is you'r group base Only
why you can get plundered when you are in konoha it makes no sence is there any chance of makeing konaha a save place just the group base ?

i do plunder and i realy hate when someone gets to plunder someone and i dont get a chance to see them on the plunder missoin so can we like make a count down for someone to get plunderd when everyone gets to see ppl doing convoy for like 10sec but can't attack them ?
