The *on for the 7 day log in seems to have vanished. I got the distinct impression this was tied to the account and not an event.
Please could you let me know what info you need to look into this.

Strange Its still active on my alt (haven't really used it) after you've received the 7th login reward (Kakashi) you can no longer do it, and its moved to a mini client with different rewards. If you have not gotten Kakashi yet as a reward contact a moderator or admin.

At this point I was on my fourth day. I have yet to receive Kakashi but the option has left my menu as of around 9am GMT this morning.
