5-6k basic hits , 10k mysteries lol you exaggerating a bit
killing someone turn 1 with same power is only really possible if you are running a squishy team
lightning main is the meta class atm so just build your team expecting to fight lightning mains
you have a few option here like playing a full tank like hinata or kimimaro on move 1 to protect your team or running the blind / sand dust talents from windmain, i dont know whats best for firemain/lightmain/earth but big shields is also a good counter to it
beating those teams is pretty easy:
lightning armor(mostly runs bloodthirst) -> survive turn 1 and you pretty much won
chidori blade(mostly runs root) -> just outlast them root of warrior falls off after 2 turns
