its not even hard to get to the level cap atm and most of us have been there for a long time to do this would discredit new servers at ever being viable competition if merged sometime in the future. you will catch up I guarantee that if u play everyday without ever having to pay a single coupon/ingot for leveling. The best thing you can do in a new server is save all of your seals for a specific treasure that u want to pull from because a lot of the lower level treasures have mostly free ninjas. To make it simple LEVELING PRIORITY< SMART CHOICES.

Unfortunately, we're unable to cap levels for newer players. We encourage players to play at their own pace, that includes players whom wishes to speed through levels.
