More easily... all of them got outclassed as you get more ninjas. Yes, you may see them... but usually only in troll/cosplay teams.

Why would you use anyone of them if they are so heavily outclassed?

Take Itachi. Early game his barrier could let you spam your skills... but the biggest drawback is that they still have really high cd. Also consider that after the 3rd turn, his mystery becomes useless. His auto cause sleep, which would be good... if 90% of team weren't RoW MB teams. The crow clone is mediocre at his best. Chase is good at least. But immunity to debuff is wasted on such a frail ninja.
