  • Overall a good summary. I would add/change:

    Itachi - Lowkey really good in the right setup. Anyone with a barrier mystery got a slight buff since they can take down passive ones, plus Itachi can CC and dodge well.

    Choji - Not good by any measure.

    Zabuza - Can be used in some NE formats, but is a contender for worst character in the game.

    Haku - If you have GNW Tenten, Haku becomes outclassed for 9T. Very bad overall and cannot kill ninjas.
well i do have to correct you guys on zabuza. normal zabuza is mvp in a few ninja exams for water teams and haku is one of the best for water 9tails team: haku/gnw tenten/suigetsu is a really good team
