They did a mistake of 70$ and you only play with your wife and now if you close the account shes stuck playing alone. or something like that. however..you didnt have that story so..cmonn now.
That is still not a reason to spend the money because he actually used it while playing. Also, this game does not make it easy to make accidental purchases. He probably spent the money, didn't get anything special with the money he spent and now wants it refunded. People get salty when they spend money and don't get what they want. It has happened to me but I have never requested a refund because I knew it was a chance that it could happen.
