you dont need a medal for that complete option to pop up, you just need medal if you want to use it, im not a medal user and im lvl 85 but i got that Complete now option

It definitely only works after resets btw. Weekly is the same way, if you level after its loaded, it will act as if your not 80, until the server reset,
