I have about 100 runes, and am waiting for a refine rebate to kick in. The problem: I only have 3 advance runes. Level 7 requires advanced runes. . .. So, should just spend the runes right now to get level 6 -> 7, or wait for a rebate and spend my runes on my 3rd and 4th slot to boost their overall initiative? But. . .going first is super important, no? My slot 1 c*e mystery 2nd and 3rd round without cooldown. sooo . . . Slot 1 initiative or overall initiative. . . hmm Because I won't be able to make use of rebates in refine level 7 because. . I have practically 0 advanced runes. . . Reply

If your 1st slot is a combo starter (ex. Sage Naruto, Mei etc..) then OF COURSE u wanna max initiative on him/her.. Your enemies may already be paralyzed or whatever so they can't combo after you
If your 2nd/3rd/4th is a combo breaker (ex. Ao, Shurado etc...) it's still good if they have high initiative but it doesn't need to be the highest. The ideal situation is for u to attack them with a combo starter first (Sage Naruto) and then use a combo breaker to stop them from fighting back.
If they are just support characters (ex. healers, fire main 2.0), it's not really THAT important for them to have high initiative.

I just feel kind of icky not taking advantage of the refine rebate that well . .ugh . . .
But, there will be future rebates and I can save to do it properly in the future. . . . got it.
Thanks! I'll just spend my med. refines right now for immediate power. A refine rebate won't make a difference anyway.
