Its not 100% its just you having bad luck in 70 trail i had a issue when i took the refine off my main the move wouldnt sleep jairya and on 80 i switch out 2 my 125 pieces and i couldnt sleep anyone if you guys stop nelecting refine it wouldnt happen fire mains most almost always put refine into there main because we start the combo

Dunno, but this sleep works 100% against me. I haven't survived any (except when hinata is under the protection buff or neji random deflects it). No one can resist it except them.

I see a massive conversion to fire mains incoming when the update comes.

Add that brutal clone + reflect...aaand it's just a...tiny bit overpowered.

:lol The OP part about fire mains is not their sleep and clone but the fact their mirror reflects AND increases damage dealt to a target under ignite SIGNIFICANTLY. Emphasis on the second part of that effect. If we are talking about brutal clones, water and lightning do not lose out much on that front.
PS. the Control stat in your refinement affects your % chance to CC and not to be CCed
