Seems that team would be more suited for Hanzo SA, not Hidan.

I'd suggest doing survival and elites to get Kimimaro, Kabuto and Tayuya, they're pretty safe to do SA Hidan on any difficulty with all the mains.

I would also suggest doing normal mode as it's easier than easy mode funny enough, no Haku to deal with.

When I was alot lower level and doing my first SA's I completed normal mode far before I did easy.
