sed on what you wanted to hear and not considering so many numerous threads and post that said average of 60 and not definite 60. For example, some lucky people got their rare earlier like 40 pulls Sage Naruto. If you happen to be one of them, no one will see you here raging and I'm sure you won't report it as a bug as well, although it wasn't a definite 60.
So in future, just calm down before posting. Don't make the thread right after feeling the rage. Is like not confronting someone when you're at your peak of anger, you know nothing is ever going to come out of it.

If the OP think its such a big deal whether to get first rare at 40 or 60 in kage, think about free pull in sage naruto and 120 seals and counting but no sage naruto lol.
This is the greatest imbalance in the game. Becuz there is nothing useful in that treasure other than sage.
And many smart alexs can't even look past themselves to understand this simple thing. So smart that they can't even reason better than a 3 years old lool -
