What if there is a dead kabuto, oro dies and then a jigokudo/chiyo revives the kabuto?

That's probably it, it makes sense from a programming prospective, a script to look for a sound ninja is ran when oro dies.

That said, it does make the wording of the ability wrong, it should read "When" and not "After" if this is the case, because the revive-kabuto state is clearly "after" Oro is dead and therefore he should have revived. Whereas if it says "when", it would be correct as the revival can only happen on the death event itself. I wonder if we should file a bug report for that.
Alternatively, they would have to make the trigger run more often (every instance of summon/revive perhaps), that'd be a bit more complicated
