He's somewhere if I recall like 1200 scrolls; Which for me, I get around 10-20scrolls a week from random things. So lets say it comes out in a year. Thats lets say 15/week.. 60/month... 720 scrolls saved if it comes in a year.If i recall correctly this is the edo hashirama pack as well; which is what Ill be saving for after I get roshi.

Im assuming you can get 10 scrolls as well, in a week? 40/month puts you at 480. Now if you saveyour coupons strictly for this and man you must have some obscene saving skills if you can. You might be able squeeze another 200-300 sceals scrolls worth of coupons if you save everything? BUt I wouldnt know Im not f2p, with my plunders everyday and the other coupons I can get 220coupons everday. Which is like 6k coupons a month for free. which is =80,300 a year for free not including free event coupons and etc... so Ill add another 6,000 to be generous in free coupons events over the year. SO total for me is 86,300 which if i buy seal scroll packs is 1150 for 10x which comes out to 750 seal scrolls with 50 coupons left over..

750 Seals from coupons and 720seals saved from everything weekly. = 1470, So if I legitly save everything now for a year, Ill end up with a madara or kurama naruto, and basically 1/4 of Edo Hashirama I'd like to think maybe more? Which I'm fine with and will do after roshi.

Now that's just for speculation to a premium member vs a f2p, if you do some basic math you'll be able to figure out will you'll be an what you will need.

Well on a smaller server at least its easier to obtain and hoard items without having to spend money to be the top.
