Looking at what you are saying, i have to disagree, i myself splay MB and vs opponents on the same power i have some i deal 3-4k dmg per hit with my Blitz team, and then there are ppl on the same power as me taht stacked defensive stats instaed of offensive and only take up to 2k dmg from my attacks.

If 3 MBs in GNW destroy what you have against them, try a change of tactics.
if they use a Darui or Danzo barrier, put someone with higher over all initiative in the team so you wil l get the barrier instead of them, or disperse their buffs, Interrupt lightning armor, or just use an effective team,
For example.. lets say your opponent are 3 MBs with Iruka AsumaWB Darui, then try something like 3 CF with an onoki or Kazekage team with Jigokudo, sure they might kill 1 of your ninjas, but you wont care about it.

Instead of Complaining about the meta, try to counter the meta, find ways to win vs what you think is unbeatable! or why do you think there are still so many Water and Fire mains around ? they found a way to deal with MBs, so why don´t you also find one ?
