Hey

First the Male/Female suggestion, That wouldn't be possible considering it'll adjust and mess with the Gender base balancing that the game holds (In-game)

As for your second suggestion, that'll open up new skills which will lead to major balancing needs. Which would be impossible right now.
Not to mention, adding a new element to skills gives a "Buff" against certain Elements which isn't what we're aiming for.
