Don't quote me on that, but I think the more realistic approach with those packs of fragments would be getting them randomly (not 40 ningendos, but ex. 1 shurado, 3 sage naruto, 2 bs kakashi, 5 sage jiraiya, etc.)
At least I understood it that way, that's how packs usually work, each gives stuff separately.
oh you are completely right i didn't see it being given as separate packs i thought it's just 2 packs one with 60 common frags and 1 with 30 rare frags. well now i know i gonna be disappointed 100% -

- Keep us up to date since you get the update before US. Also, don't be disappointed in char frags as it is better then nothing.
i'll try to keep you guys up to date but someone from HK server will probably do it before me . I hope i get at least 3-4 sage jiraiya frags to be closer to finishing him . I need 14 more frags to finish him and only got frags for him the free way from events -

Wait until you get Karin or Chyo frags. Hope i'm wrong.
Also, i play in HK server. So i'll get (if we do get) the rewards first. I'll let you know.
no i'm said i would love to get those as my rare frags as we get 30 rare frags and 60 common frags for sannin. karin and chiyo are common so they will surely be there in the common frags -

Don't forget the Akatsuki ninjas are rares in Seal Treasure.
Depends on what "rare" means to the devs lol.
I don't mind getting any ninja frags really. Just want to stack refine points to 4* Iruka, so whatever. 6 seals scrolls is good enough for getting Six Path Sennin rank.
