Let me see. Promised rewards not there after someone worked to get them and 2 weeks into the month and you can't start climbing back up to six paths sennin for the next season. I wonder why anyone would want a compensation am i right?

1st : 1 feb.
2nd: 6-12 feb.
3rd: 16 feb..

So, right, you're 6 Path Sennin & you're concerned that you might not be able to get bak to your rank after Season resets?

Ok, here is the math:

Rewards will be issued, you'll get 12 points back towards the next season. (assuming thats what the shuriken are for). So you're looking at 59pts needed.

If the season resets on the 9th, that'll leave you 19 days with which to get back to 6th Path Sennin.

So ultimately you need 3.1 Ranked Arena wins per day, for 19 days, to get back to 71pts. 4 a day ±x where x=matches lost.

So no, there really isn't any need for any means of compensation.

Regardless, you only used one of my points as a flawed example of why we shouldn't receive a compensation. My point is, that they messed up and people will have negative experiences because of that, I've been compensated for much smaller mistakes in other games and this one at some points too. Stop apologizing on their behalf and let them reply on the matter with their views. Thanks.

Hi Daiske, Sorry to hear about the delay but thanks for communicating with us and giving us a new time frame. Can I ask if cross-server is something we should (or should NOT) be expecting with the next season?

Most people that are asking for compensation is because they have not even reached any good rank and that might include yourself. 15 days is ample time to get into 6 path if you fight in arena daily.

I'm asking for a compensation because I've been f'd over expecting it last event cycle since I wanted to make use of the rebate and the seals I was supposed to get as well as other reasons. And no, it's not 15 days since it's February. You seem to have skimmed over my original post and have not even read the bit at the bottom. Good luck getting even one win in a week with the current state of arena.

FYI, I've had six paths sennin since the early stages of the game. I'm demanding a compensation for a reason buddy. This has to be the first time I see people in a community actively giving excuses for a company and NOT wanting a compensation when it's due. It's quite sad.
