When its put into play, you get what your current rank is and it resets (if you are 6 path, but maintain if you haven't reached 6 path). It doesn't all reset to Ninja student and everyone starts from there.

the problems have already been addressed and reciprocated to the players as such that you can prepare for the upcoming cross server arena season by raising your current rank to as high as you can and get the six path sennin (whatever rank you are) rewards when it starts up monday or later next week.

I know Tobei stated that a couple of post ago above.

then it shouldnt matter if there is negative feedback or any feedback at all because they have posed their solution. If people comment about missing rewards and cross server you can direct them to the moderators update. Any other comments will be criticism on how they handle(d) this situation.

What does it contain tho that is so weird

the ninja fragments are explained pretty straightforwardly. X amount of normal ninja fragments= common ninjas, ones you can acquire for free in game through different means. X amount of strong ninjas = rare ninjas or premium ninjas that you can only get by events or pulling a certain amount of seal scrolls. This is just my interpretation and could be different to whats actually given. We won't know until we see ;P

Hello everyone.

After conversation with our techs, the Arena season fucntion still need some improvements, we need to make sure it can run smoothly and it won't cause any problems. Techs found the solution but we can only add that fix to the current version during next week (next maintenance). The rewards will also be sent at that time.
