Hello, I'm like... totally new to the game. Started playing in the newest server a few days ago. And so far, I really like the game.
So I have a few questions, hopefully someone can answer.

First things first. I think it is worthwhile to spend SOME money into the game. But I don't wanna spend too much. Maybe around 5$ a month or so max. (Also, I'm not sure how much people usually spend on this game)
I looked into it. There is the thing, I don't know HOW to spend the money. xd

-Daily recharge (That gives Gaara frags and other stuff if I recharge 50 coins a day)
I thought it was pretty good, so I'm getting it.

But there seem to be BOTH coupns and coins, and they are like... worth the same if I buy something with it. It looks like coins can generate more coupons, so I should not spend the coins on items. (But I'm not sure)

Then there is the Jounin medal that gives some stuff, like a subscription. (But it doesn't look too useful for me) Is it very good to have?
I also saw this 'Buy 300 coins , get 300 CP back' And it generates 50CP a day for 30 days. (I was thinking to get this one, but undecided)
SO I guess, I should try use my coins and get as much CP with those as possible...

-

So now, I started with my Wind character. I'm still new to learning about formations and combos and all that... it is too much at the same time and it is still confusing to me. :( I don't have many units to use either. And I don't know which units are good or bad or worth getting, also, how hard/how soon I can get them. Any suggestions which ninjas I should stock up frags for as priority?

I saw there is the event with dice board currently active. And apparently, all the 3 ninjas that one can exchange for are good. Hidan,Sasori and Chiyo.
I read that they are all good, but that Hidan is OP. xd But hell he is so expensive!
Sasori is my favorite character in the anime, but he is expensive too... So then there is the Chiyo that is cheaper to get. But the event time is short...
How should I spend my money/CP for it? Any tips?
Because getting any of them requires like... TONS of coins that I have to recharge at once. And using coins over CP isn't worthwhile... :(
So what should I do? And how often do those events return? Should I try save up frags for them? Also, which one should I aim for?

Sorry that my post is so long with so many questions...But I'd rather just make one post for them. I hope I have explained well and that someone can advice me. Thank you! :3

The best ROI for ingots to coupons is the monthly coupon, which gives u 6x returns.
For jonin medal, although it "only" gives a 2x return, there are other benefits, mainly time saving (with instant completion for the dailies, as well as no cd for ranked battles/coin trial)
You'll need to evaluate the cost of this and see.

Since you're new, whatever you do, dont spam/spend for ninjas. Its pointless atm. What I would do is slowly (this will take time and test your patience severely) ac*ulate seals and wait for the next treasure to open. Use the free credits in events to get mats that boost your power. (Ninjas will always get obsolete, power remains)

With regards to upgrading materials like refines, thread etc, just mass collect them and only use during the associated event. Equipment refine runes imo for f2p should be saved up till you can at least level an item to level 7 (since its easy to collect med refines and pretty impossible for f2p to collect advanced refines, level 7 item should be end game for f2p atm. Also this is due to the event only giving credits that will disappear after event, unlike the BA event where the rebate is thread, which means you c*e it whenever the event rolls along and dont have to save up till your end game level plan). Med thread can be farmed from doing SA difficult

Get into a good group, where you can get help with tactics and protection, though its pretty much chicken/egg with regards to them taking in a new player hehe, need to be strong, but easier to get strong in a group, but you might be lucky. Some groups give weight to a player with a good attitude too, its not all about CP.

Monthly card is the way to go if you plan to do about 5$ a month, since you turn 300 ingots into 1800 coupons and like 98% of things in this game can be bought with coupons for same rate is ingots. Do not use ingots on anything, just slowly turn them into coupons for much better value.

Dice event is very good, maybe the best one in terms of how much stuff you get per coupon however at start of game i would recommend the medium refines from it rather then ninjas.

Hello there,
welcome to the game, hope you enjoy it.:)
First, a small correction. The 'coins' as you mentioned in your post, they are called ingots. Let me describe it as ingots, to avoid confusion.

There are coins - a general currency in game which you can get from a lot of places(survival, rich field, nine tail event, convoy and others).
Coupons- which you c*so get from a few places. You can buy stuffs from shop with these.
Ingot - are those that you get only with recharging money. Although they have same value as coupons in shop, ingots are worth more than coupons - for a small spender atleast.

Now, Jonin medal is a good investment in the long run. Gives you coupons back over time and makes your overall gameplay experience better with a few advantages. But, its not too useful to enjoy the game. I'd say don't buy it for now. Play the game for a few days at first, understand some stuffs as you spend time - and then decide later whether you really want or need it.

If you want to spend a small amount, then the monthly pack is the best thing where you should spend it first. After having gaara with the first recharge event, I'd strongly suggest to spend those ingots on monthly pack.

As for the events, I'd say don't spend for them now. In the first few days you wont need most of them, so just grab what you can get for free.

As for now, don't spend on your coupons on anything. Save them till you understand what you's need in the long run and then go after them. Just spend time for fun, and you'd get the grasp of things pretty soon.

As for ninja, Iruka is a pretty good choice at first and can be a solid investment (for nine tail event atlast).

Hope these helps.Feel to to ask if you have more doubts to clear.:)

Thanx for answering. I think I will go for the month one that cost 300 coins. Which wont make the game too expensive for me to play. :)
I saw the benefits for the Jounin medal, but for me, it cost just way too much... xd

I'm only level 40 ish... and I don't know too much about refining yet. I have already spent most of the free CP I got over days on the magatamas and some on low lv refine from the shop. Not sure if it was a good investment. But I don't really have a lot of patience to save them up...

You know. I currently just have those early game ninjas. I'm using Sasuke, Sakura and Hinata along side my Wind... I did get that Gaara tho, but idk how to fit him in the team. Hinata is like...OP tank to me. xd
But I have like no chance vs someone who has a Kabuto or Orochimaru (Those I've seen so far)
So I wanned to try get strong units too...

I just thought tho, that refining materials and stuff seem to appear everywhere in different events. And I could get them at any time. But it is hard to come by certain ninja frags... :(

I did join a group the first day I started playing, it is atm rank 3 in the server. (The current highest power player are gathering in the rank 1 group...) I don't like hopping groups... so I guess I will * to the one I'm in. xd I guess it is good...

Yeah I think I will get just the month one. It seem to be most worth.

Hi, thanx for your advice.

Unfortunately, I spent every single coupon I've got already! XD
I just like spending... :(

I bought mostly the stat up little color tama thingys. And some on refine. Cuz apparently they are the ones to go for. But now I have got my tamas on level 2 on all 4 unit slots. I will save the coupons up. :)

I wonder tho. The other coins, arena points, uh survival points and all those...
I'm planning to get Kabuto asap, cuz he is cheap OP for a newb like me. :(
But then there is Karin and Kurenai too, and I read they are good. Cost 500 coin for 5 frags in the shops. I don't know if I should buy those, or buy the more expensive Akatsuki frags that cost like 1k points.

I don't know how to get Iruka yet. I haven't seen anyone with him either. And I can't even enter the ninetail event...cuz for some weird reason they beat the boss before I can even load to enter it. :(

I wonder tho, what are the ninjas I should use for my wind main? How do I fit the Gaara into the team? xd (Right now I'm using Sakura, Hinata and Sasuke) I think I can swap out Sakura to a Kabuto soon.

Hmmm...

Those Arena, Survival Trial, Rank credits are used to exchange for ninja fragments in the shop (quite obvious, eh?). Each of the PvE (Player vs Environment) will spawn a correspondent type of credit for a particular shop. Just think of them as different kinds of ingame currency.

In early game, those two are good; later you will come acroos better eplacement for them however. Plus, you get free coupons every time you recruit a new nin, so get those easy to recruit ninjas fast.

Iruka... is tricky to get. Either you have to buy him - last event he was 32 coupon/frag; or get him via fragment refining. Fragment refining is similar to an old gara sale: you exchange extra fragments of a 5 star ninja you have, each fragment will give you 10 credit in return, and when you have enough credit, you could exchange them for Iruka fragment (3k point per 10 frag and either Seal OR Summon scrolls).

Nine-tail event... yeah, maybe you are on one of those legendary servers. Can't help you with that.

Gaara shield all Wind atribute nins on your team. He has Super Armor, which makes him immune to displacements (Low/High Float, Knockdown, Repulse); this is why people use him as a tank. His barrier boost wind nins attack/ninjutsu by 40%; which is quite good early game.

As for line-up... really can't help you with out knowing your roster. This post was last edited by Watanuki13 at 2017-2-4 18:02

It plays a very big role but later on it is less and less. It's not the solution as more power systems come out.
