Yep, it intended; the blue circles are supposed to be harder.

Only Oragiri can beat this blue circle lol ; Well, I'm guessing that they expect that we will have 85k power when we hit lvl 80.. You are gonna have to power up..

That isn't for everyone another guy couldn't beat it but their power was 54k

and I'm on server 1, the oldest server the most powerful person has 74k and he put thousands of dollars into the game to get that, see the problem?

u dont need to match their power to beat it, the same thing happens with ninja exams, they have more power than u do and u have to play smart to beat it(plus reset a hundred times)

it was hard pre 2.0 too, the only one i ever struggled with as p2w, so ur just too weak in general regardless of 2.0

it doesnt matter what lvl you are your power just isnt enough for this
lvl up + get more and come back later

Lv 79 with 31k i think strong enough but if u cant pass blue circle something wrong with your line up?

i myself lvl 85 with 45K power can't defeat it now my friend but thank god i already defeat it on the version 1.0:lol
