I understand your frustration and I can see that it stems from other areas as well.
As answered in previous threads, Matsuri's matchmaking is hard to explain. It'll never be perfect due to how it matches players with win streaks and players who just lost. It's a rollercoaster. Sometimes it works amazingly, sometimes it doesn't. It c*ways be better, but not everyone will be happy with the results.

Bugs and Issues will always occur, There's priority to things that need addressing, then there are minor things that can be addressed at a later time.
