Which of these line ups is better versus Mei/Ao/Chojiro with water healer?
Putting lightning main in 1st slot or 2nd behind kimimaru? (otherwise chojiro will attack first on the 2nd round and his team will combo)

I've used your previous lineup,sometimes its good but sometimes my team dies too fast(maybe its my power's problem xD)And any suggestion for using Chiyo,cause I saw them using Chiyo to resurrect defeated ninja is quite useful

Rhino works for this but serpent is recommended. This lineup is not perfect, you can tweak it as per your need. Hope it helps you.

I will go with first lineup, so i can have some benefit of my main positioning, kimimaro in 1st spot is waste, because he requires 60 chakra, until and unless you have some chakra building ninja in your lineup, sadly you cannot use him before round 3 and if you are using root of warrior + anbu assault tactics, then no need to hide behind kimimaro, if you are taking too much damage then placing damage reduction golden rune in eight inner gates helps a bit.
Try moving all lower team to upper section, so iruka get 2nd position instead of 3rd.

you can switch tsunade with chiyo in last formation. Power and initiative work on both if your team is dying way too fast.

I tried to put main in 1st slot, it did work well versus the team with Mei. However, versus other teams, he was taking too much damage and dies when the enemy focus all mysteries on him. :(
I will try put more defense on him. I have a question tho.

Considering the Mood.

For Kimimaro, should it be +Defense - Ninjutsu?
It has been hard for me to get that one exactly, so I was getting +Defense - Life...
I'm not sure what mood to put for lightning main.

Well it should be Defense+, Ninjutsu- but i use attack+, ninjutsu- on kimimaro as his life is fine in my opinion and his defense goes up with every attack he take, and by using attack+ mood and placing him on attack grid gives better output, but that's just my opinion.

for lightning main i use attack+, def- mood
