You c*e kurenai as support in back row in non-main team if it is taking too much damage for extra shield and some life, Jugo is useful only when you are using curse team as your main i.e. lightning main, sasuke, kimimaro (3*) with jugo (Iruka is preferred), i am not a fan of suigetsu and never used him in either pvp or ranked.

These are few lineup ideas, they are not perfect, you can tweak them as per your need, hope it helps you. (Ningendo is available from sweeping elite instance)

You are using best f2p at your level, next thing you can aim for jugo/iruka, kimimaro (3*), sasuke for root team after level 55 when you get root of warrior passive.

Use summon scrolls after you get all blue and purple summons from wild, and on monthly event so you get summon points + extra points for obtaining stuff. Upgrade sasuke to 3* asap.

These lineups are not perfect, you can tweak them as per you like. Hope it helps you
