orochimaru (KT) is best for ranked, never seen him in pvp teams, but he is best to put him with cursed ninjas so he can resurrect by killing them and make them into hokages, try 2nd team for pvp. Hope it helps you. Sorry for delayed response.

Thanks for the lineup, should i use hashirama too?

This is the best i can find atm, you can switch asuma wb and darui places, and change bloodthirsty demon to root of warrior. This llineup is not perfect, you can tweak as per you need. Hope it helps you.

yes if you want to use an active barrier with konoha ninjas like tsunade, hinata, iruka, orochimaru (KT) etc

I think the last 2 teams looks great. but there's danzo who will proc barrier in first round no?

barrier works from top to bottom, whichever barrier ninja will be in bottom row will most likely cast their barrier last.

ex:
onoki - top team
danzo - middle team
darui - last team

so darui will most likely overlapse onoki and danzo barrier. (considering you have higher initiative than opponent)
