for plunder if any change they should reduce the time needed to plunder to 1 but reward 120 coupon (or anyway that reduce the amount of coupon reward but make it less time consuming)
convoy should be rewarded with less coupon than plunder but with no ingot consumption so 3 times with 30 coupon each is good
