It is unfair if you are in a low group and it is fair when you are in top group and you get support of top 10 players on server.
Plunder is a high risk high reward feature, nobody gets 150 coupons daily, only 50-100 and high chances of 0 sometimes.
That's where I have to disappoint you. I've always gotten 150 coupons so far by plundering except if I couldnt do all 3 for time reasons. -
