So, after numerous aneurysms trying to 3-star this instance, I have finally been able to pass it. For those who are are still struggling, you could give my line-up a go and see how it turns out.

MB (Midnight Blade), Neji, Guy: 4*; Kabuto: 5*.

Round 1: Summon Kabuto's clones. Deidara will very likely hit one of the clone and ignite somebody (in my case, he tends to ignite the clone closest to him). Neji doesn't always dodge attacks, so if Neji is accupunctured by Kisame or sleeped by Itachi: restart, you need him for next round. Either Neji, MB or Guy has to start a combo on Kisame so that you could kill him on the next round by standard attacks. Sasori will poison Neji, but Kabuto will cleanse him. There's also a VERY good cance that you'd be able to off kisame in this round. (1)

Round 2: Use Neji's mystery on Sasori (Noted: Sasori is the ONLY ninja who isn't immune to debuff, but his AoE hits the HARDEST amongst the enemies); MB's mystery on Hidan. Guy, Neji or MB (preferably Guy) should start a combo on Itachi and your team could kill him in this round; or at least leave him with enough life so Guy could kill him on the next round. HOWEVER, if Itachi dodges your attack and disrupt your combo: retreat. Itachi will sleep and ignite Neji in this round (what's with his insane combo rate anayway?), but so long that Sleep is the only Debuff he has, Kabuto could cleanse him. Also, Guy will be tagged by Hidan's standard attack - if he is, Kabuto will cleanse him too. Deidara will ignite somebody at this point, but he'll survive and heal himself by Guy's passive next round. (2)

Round 3: Itachi's kekkei should be dispelled about now. Summon Kabuto's clones again as decoys for Deidara and Sasori. Use Guy's mystery on Kakuzu. MB will target Hidan if he isn't dead yet; if Hidan is dead, then Sasori's puppet if it's still present (the puppet won't die however - he's just that tanky). Either Guy or Neji could start a combo and finish off Itachi. (3) (4) (8)

Round 4: Hidan's back, but Guy will standard attack him to death, if he isn't, then prepare for his kamikaze attack - he'll be death either way. Use MB's mystery to accupuncture Kakuzu; one of your combatants should start a combo to finish him off. MB is likely to go after Sasori's puppet if it isn't killed yet. Summon Kabuto's clones as decoys for Deidara and Sasori. (5) (9)

Round 5: MB, Guy and Neji will go after Sasori, leaving him with little HP. Deidara will use his mystery - stun him with Neji. Summons Kabuto's clones as decoys for Deidara.

Round 6: Hidan's back again, and either Guy or MB will kill him with his standard. Sasori's will use his mystery - stun him with Guy.

Round 7: Sasori should be death by one of your combatants. Deidara will use his mystery - stun him with Neji. Summon Kabuto's clones again; you can't never have too many clones.

Round 8+: Hidan will be back and killed by whoever while Deidara is slowly bludgeoned to death. Feel free to speed up the process by throwing everything you got at him. And keep summoning clones. (6) (7)

Notes:
(1) If Neji is ignited by Deidara, don't fret. It wears off and causes some damages, but Neji will be able to heal himself by Guy's passive.
(2) If Guy has about 50% of his HP, he will heal himself by his passive and make it pass 3rd or 4th round. If not,... sorry guys.
(3) Guy and Neji have the least life; thus Kabuto's passive always cleanses them.
(4) Itachi needs to be death in this round, or he WILL sleep neji in the next round.
(5) Most likely, Hidan will kill Guy. If that happen, use Neji's mystery instead of Guy's to stun Sasori. No matter what, stun Sasori! He hits a little too hard to recover from.
(6) If Hidan somehow survives (it does happen on a few occasions) - stun him with Neji. However you might need to eat one of Deidara "fleeting artworks".
(7) Lightning Style Enhancement could work instead of Anbu Special Static, but you will need a little more power, as I reached maximum round every time I choose that passive.
(8) Guy need to kill Hidan by standard attack, or at least weaken him enough so that MB could kil him with his standard attacks and trigger Blood Thirsty Demon.(9) You technically don't need to accupuncture Kakuzu, as his mysery is still under cool down. However, MB will lower his HP enough so that you could kill him with auto attack.

So, that's how I did it. If this line up doesn't work for you: rise your power, mate, especially the 5 main stats. It took me roughly a month to pass this one, meaning you have to give it a few tries instead of expecting things to be smooth sailing on the first try. ;) Now if you excuse me, I need to wreck my brain on how to pass that 3 pains instance.
